Where We Deliver
KUUMA currently delivers within the United Kingdom only.
We do not currently offer international delivery.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 2 working days.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation where applicable.
Free Standard UK Delivery
Standard UK delivery is free.
Please allow up to 5 working days for standard delivery.
We use delivery partners including Royal Mail and Amazon Shipping. The carrier used may depend on the destination, parcel and service availability.
Next-Day Delivery
Paid next-day delivery is available for an additional charge where shown at checkout.
Availability, pricing and any applicable ordering cut-off will be displayed during checkout.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided where available for the delivery service used.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith.
Occasionally a delivery may be delayed because of weather, courier disruption, seasonal demand or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
