These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the KUUMA website.
By using our website or placing an order with KUUMA, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Products
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, dimensions and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Our sauna hats are made using natural Merino wool. Because wool is a natural material, small variations in texture, shape, colour and finish may occur.
Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen and device settings.
3. Prices
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£).
Any applicable taxes and delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Standard UK delivery is free.
Optional upgraded delivery services, including next-day delivery where available, are charged separately and displayed at checkout.
We may change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
4. Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are offering to purchase the selected products.
You will receive an order confirmation by email.
If we are unable to accept your order, we will contact you and refund any payment already taken.
We may be unable to accept an order because:

5. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Payments are securely processed through our ecommerce and payment providers.
KUUMA does not directly store complete payment card details.
6. UK Delivery
KUUMA currently delivers within the United Kingdom only.
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 2 working days.
Our free standard UK delivery service can take up to 5 working days.
Delivery may be made using delivery partners including Royal Mail and Amazon Shipping, depending on your order and delivery address.
Paid next-day delivery is available where shown at checkout and is subject to availability and the ordering conditions displayed at the time of purchase.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith, but delays may occasionally occur outside our reasonable control.
Please ensure the delivery address supplied when placing your order is correct.

7. Your Right to Cancel
UK consumers purchasing online generally have the right to cancel an eligible order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
Once you tell us that you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

8. Returns
You may inspect a product in the same way you reasonably would in a physical shop.
Returned goods should be kept in good condition.
If a product has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may be entitled to reduce the refund to reflect any reduction in value where permitted by law.
Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for return postage.
9. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives faulty, damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact:

Merino wool requires appropriate care.
Please follow the care instructions supplied with your product or displayed on our website.
Damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, storage or care is not considered a manufacturing fault.
11. Promotions and Discount Codes
We may occasionally offer promotional codes, introductory discounts or other offers.
Unless otherwise stated:

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful.
If you are purchasing as a consumer, we are not responsible for business losses or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
